Syracuse , N.Y. - Syracuse Police have made a second arrest in the murder of Gregory Graves.
Graves died after being shot on Shonnard Street Sunday April 16th.
Police had already arrested Miguel Cruz in the murder but were looking for Alexander Galan who they believed was the man who pulled the trigger.
Yesterday Galan surrendered to authorities and like Cruz is charged with murder and weapons possession.
