Syracuse, N.Y. - Some sad news from our sister station Country B 104.7.
Becky Palmer who was for over a decade part of the morning show first with Ron Bee then Tom Owens has passed away.
Becky and Tom retired back in December of 2019.
In 2017, Tom and Becky earned a nomination for CMA Medium Market Personalities of the Year by the Country Music Association.
Tom Owens posted on his Facebook page " We are heartbroken today with the sad news of the loss of Becky Palmer. Becky’s long fought battle with cancer was a demonstration of amazing courage. We honor you as a mother, friend and leader in the broadcasting community. God bless you my friend."
Palmer was 68 year old.
