Town of Palermo, N.Y. - An Oswego county man is dead after a tractor accident.
Yesterday County Sheriffs responded to 77 Island Road in the Town of Palermo and found 63 year old William Winks trapped between a backhoe attachment and his tractor.
Winks and some family members were attempting to connect the attachment when he became trapped.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
