Syracuse, N.Y. - Police are naming the 19-year-old Rahmeir Barnett as the man shot to death this weekend.
Syracuse police say that he and a 16 year old girl were both hit by gunfire on South Avenue, near Colvin Street.
Barnett was shot several times in the stomach and died.
Officers say the girl's arm was grazed by a bullet.
