Town of Salina, N.Y. - A teenager has been arrested for an attempted robbery at knife point at the Tops Market in Shop City:
Onondaga County Sheriffs say Monday morning around 9, a 15-year-old boy entered the store waving a large knife demanding money from an employee.
Deputies say the suspect stole a wallet from the employee and left the store.
Deputies tracked down the teen and he is being charged with Robbery in the 1st degree, a felony and a misdemeanor of Criminal Possession of a Weapon with intent to use.
