Syracuse, N.Y. - A Syracuse man has been arrested on child pornography charges.
21 year old Dandre Q. Terry is facing twelve counts in regards to utilizing various social media platforms to send out child pornography. Police say he also used his cell phone to record the sexual abuse of a child under the age of 11.
As a result of the investigation Terry was arrested and charged with the following:
- (5) counts of Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Child, class “D” felony
- (5) counts of Possession of Sexual Performance by a Child, class “E” felony
- Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance, class “C” felony
- Sexual Abuse 1st degree, class “D” felony
