Van Buren, N.Y. - A Van Buren man has been arrested after being accused of killing his mother:
43-year-old Daniel Chilson lived with his mother, 74-year-old Leora at their condo in Village Green.
She was discovered dead by her daughter and another son yesterday morning.
Daniel Chilson was at the home when investigators arrived to investigate Leora's death.
He will be charges with Second Degree Murder charges and Tampering with Physical Evidence,
