Eaton, N.Y. - An Eaton man has been arrested for inappropriately touching a minor:
Madison County Sheriffs alleged that 53 year old John Latham, who is the Eaton Fire District Chief, provided a 16-year-old female with marijuana and inappropriately touched her.
Latham faces the following charges:
- 1 count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child (Class A Misdemeanor)
- 1 count of Forcible Touching (Class A Misdemeanor)
- 1 count of Criminal Sale of Cannabis 3rd degree (Class A Misdemeanor)
- 1 count of Sexual Abuse 3rd (Class B Misdemeanor)
He was arraigned and released.
