Syracuse, N.Y. - A Baldwinsville man will serve 5 years in Federal prison for Child Porn charges.
22-year-old Richard Curtis was sentenced for receiving sexually explicit photos from an 11-year-old girl back in 2017.
Curtis pleaded guilty to pretending to be a female fashion designer looking for models and asking the child for the photos and video files, which she sent him.
After the five-year prison sentence, Curtis will be on parole for 35-years and must register as a sex offender.
