Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse Police have made a second arrest in a 2021 homicide.
32 year old Lionel Brown of Syracuse has been charged with murder and possession of a weapon in the shooting death of Shakeale Hill.
Earlier this week, police arrested 31 year old Jaquell Bailey on the same charges regarding Hill's death.
Hill was fatally shot on the night of the December 18th in the 1100 block of West Colvin Street.
