Syracuse, N.Y. - Last night State Troopers caught a man that a lot of people wanted.
Tuesday night, Troopers tried to make a traffic stop on Thompson Road in the Town of Dewitt, of a vehicle driven by 47-year-old Stephen Marks of Syracuse.
He failed to stop, but after a pursuit Troopers were able to take him into custody.
A check showed that Marks had 19 outstanding warrants, one for a 2019 Kidnapping out of North Carolina
The US Marshal Task Force responded to the scene and took Marks into custody on Fugitive from Justice charges
