Town of Clay, N.Y. -Onondaga County Sheriff's Deputies are blaming a drunk driver for causing a crash that shut down Buckley Road for a while this morning.
Onondaga County Sheriff's Deputies say 20-year-old Kalid Baraw of Syracuse, was drunk behind the wheel of an Audi that crashed into a Ford Explorer.
The driver of the Ford was discovered unconscious and taken to the hospital to be treated for a head injury.
In all four people were hurt when the two vehicles rolled over in a culvert.
