Two Communities In Central New York Held A Vote On Pot Sales Last Night

Fayetteville, N.Y. - Voters in a couple of communities made their opinions known last regarding marijuana sales and consumption.

In Fayetteville, voters voted to not allow licensing and establishment of cannabis consumption establishments within the Village 446 to 332. However they did say its ok to license and allow the sale of pot in retail dispensaries by a much closer margin, 388 to 384.

In Minoa the voters turned down pot entirely in the village, voting to not allow retail cannabis dispensaries 163 to 86 nor consumption establishments 186 to 62.
