Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse Police have arrested the person who robbed Juli Boeheim, a 12 year old boy
Police say last Tuesday, the boy displayed what appeared to be a handgun which was later determined to be an airsoft gun and stole Boeheim's purse and her phone as she was outside the Cheesecake Factory at Destiny USA.
The suspect was in the company of three other males and left in a stolen vehicle that was found later that day.
The 12 year old is charged with Robbery, Criminal Possession of a Weapon and Grand Larceny.
He currently is in Hillbrook Detention Center.
