Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse Police have made an arrest in a Skyline Apartment shooting of a 31 year old woman last month.
25 year old Thomas Allen of Syracuse, who was on parole, was arrested for shooting the woman on the 9th floor of the apartment building back on January 23rd. The victim was taken to the hospital and recovered from her injuries. In additon to a parole violation Allen faces assault, and criminal use of a firearm charges.
