Albany, N.Y. - Governor Hochul will be laying out her vision for the year ahead during her first State of the State address today.
She has already said she will call for term limits for statewide elected offices, and she wants to ban outside income for people serving in those offices.
Hochul has said little else about her agenda, but the coronavirus and the economy are expected topics. In recent weeks, she has also made comments in favor of expanding voting rights and reforming the SUNY system
