Syracuse, N.Y. - A man was shot outside DESTINY USA today
Syracuse police say the man got into an argument with another around noon and that's when he was shot in the leg.
The incident happened outside the entrance to the former BEST BUY on the top level of the parking garage.
The victim got himself to Upstate University Hospital. He is expected to survive.
