Syracuse, N.Y. - A 71 year old man is dead after a crash.
Syracuse Police say they responded to the 1200 block of Teall Avenue this morning around 10 and found a vehicle had struck a utility pole.
The 71 year old driver was unresponsive. He was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
His 70 year old passenger was taken to the hospital and she's expected to survive.
It's believed the man suffered a medical issue before crashing.
