Dewitt, N.Y.. - Dewitt police have arrested a Syracuse man for arson.
Police say 44 year old Michael Homer, set a fire to multiple occupancy house on West Manlius street Tuesday.
Police found Homer in Syracuse on Wednesday, where he fled.
After a brief search they arrested him. Homer faces arson, stalking and criminal mischief charges.
He also was wanted on three other outstanding warrants issued by the Dewitt Police and Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office for unrelated cases
He remains in the justice center on no bail.
