Flooding And High Winds As Nor'Easter Moves Along The Coast, NYC Braces

New York - It may not have any snow with it , but we are going to be receiving the seasons first strong nor'easter thorughout Central New York and New England today through tomorrow morning.

Governor Hochul has declared a State of Emergency for the southern tier, as well as Eastern & South Eastern NY including Albany southward to NYC and Long Island.

There are flash flood watches in effect throughout the southern tier. Localized flooding is highly possible in other areas.

New York City is bracing for up to six inches of rain and strong winds

The system has the potential to impact nearly 30 million people.
