Syracuse Fire Department Makes Quick Work Of Early Morning Blaze

Syracuse , N.Y. - Syracuse Firefighters made quick work of an apartment fire this morning.

Just before 10am smoke was seen coming from an apartment in an multi unit building at 101 Light Court.

Thanks to smoke detectors everyone was out when crews arrived and within 10 minutes the blaze was out.

There was extensive damage to the apartment where the fire originated and other apartments suffered smoke damage.

No injuries were reported and the cause is still unknown.
