Town of Fabius, N.Y. - A Liverpool man is dead after a crash last night in the Town of Fabius
State police say around 8:30pm, 87 year old James Diliberto drove off Toggenburg Road and struck a tree.
He was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Troopers say the investigation is continuing as they don't know why Diliberto drove off the road.
