Marcy, N.Y. - State Police have arrested a Madison County man for using a fake COVID vaccination card.
24 year old Devin Kemp is charged with Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd degree, a class “D” felony.
Troopers were notified that Kemp had presented the fake card to his employer, a private company in Marcy.
