Syracuse, N.Y. - Starting today, a brand new COVID-19 testing site for kids will be up and running in Onondaga County.
Screenings will be conducted at the Hamilton Street Boys and Girls Club in Syracuse from nine a-m until noon Monday through Friday. Officials say the site is mostly going to help students who have cold or allergy symptoms who need to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test before they can return to school.
An appointment to get tested can be scheduled online through the county's COVID-19 resource website.
