Syracuse, N.Y. - A Syracuse man was shot last night.
Police say it took place around 5p.m. on West Onondaga Street near the Roxy Apartments.
When officers arrived they found a 46-year-old man who was was shot in the hand and buttocks.
The victim is expected to survive.
