Syracuse, N.Y. - Once again, Central New York drivers aren't noticing too much of a change in prices when filling up their vehicles.
According to AAA, the average cost for a gallon of regular is $3.24. That's the same as it was last week but is six cents more than this time last month ago. The state average is $3.28 a gallon while nationally it's $3.19.
