The city of Oswego has been granted a restraining order against a controversion construction project.
The state Supreme Court ordered construction of a storage facility at the Port of Oswego Authority to be stopped Wednesday. The building has been criticized by Oswego Mayor Billy Barlow, saying the project is much larger than what the city initially approved.
