East Syracuse, N.Y. - A Syracuse man has been arrested after an investigation determined he intentionally set fire to an apartment building.
Michael Martz is accused of lighting an apartment building on fire on W Manlius St last month.
Martz was identified as a suspicious male near the scene who was hospitalized for unrelated health issues.
Two other people were treated for burns related to the fire.
