Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse Police have identified the man who was shot in the back in broad daylight.
42 year old Kelvin Sharp was found by police unresponsive in the yard of a home in the 200 block of Grandview Avenue, Monday afternoon.
He was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
