Syracuse police have arrested the getaway driver involved in a shooting where a 10-year-old boy was struck by gunfire.
Investigators say that Joshua Carpenter took the alleged shooter to a home on Butternut Street last Thanksgiving, and that person later opened fire towards the residence. Officials say the boy was playing video games when he was hit by three bullets but wasn't seriously hurt.
