Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse Police have identified the latest homicide victim
Officers were called to South State Street Saturday night around 11.
They found 42-year Rashein Fortune of Syracuse shot in the chest. He died from his injuries at the hospital.
Later, two other men hurt in that shooting arrived at the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The investigation continues.
