Syracuse, N.Y. - A Syracuse teen has been found guilty and sentenced for the death of another teen.
In January of 2020 Syracuse Police say then 15-year-old Benjamin Kemp shot and killed 18 year old Ezquiel Ruiz.
Prosecutors said the teen shot Ruiz twice in the head "execution-style".
Kemp who is now 17 was given the maximum sentence allowed today, 15-years to life in prison.
