State Troopers and Cicero Police have shut down an illegal prostitution business in a school zone.
Cicero Police Chief Steve Rotunno says that officers executed a search warrant at Lilac Spa on Route 31, which is located near CNS High School and Cicero Elementary School. Two employees, Wei Fengyun and Xu Xiaojing, were not licensed to perform massages. Both women were arrested.
