One of Governor Cuomo's sisters is being accused of raising money for the man Governor Cuomo once called his brother.
The New York Times reports Madeline Cuomo sent emails last year asking people to donate to the legal fees for Joseph Percoco. Percoco, who was one of the Governor's closest aides, was caught collecting bribes from Inner Harbor Developers and convicted of bribery in 2018.
