State Police have released the name of the bicyclist who died following a hit-and-run in Cortland County.
Troopers say 67-year-old Kitt Warren was struck by a vehicle Tuesday night while riding on Route 26 in Cincinnatus. Another bicyclist, John Rutan, was also hit and taken to the hospital with minor injuries. Cortland County Sheriff's Deputies have since located the vehicle involved in the crash.
