Members of the Syracuse City Common Council will be meeting Thursday to discuss legislation involving dirt bikes and ATV's.
Residents have made numerous complaints about their use on city streets, saying they're loud and cause property damage. The Common Council is considering several measures, including higher fines and increased penalties for people who want to retrieve their dirt bikes or ATV's that have been impounded.
