The Senate has approved a bill that would bring more tech jobs to Syracuse and other cities across the country.
Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer created the bill, which would give financial incentives to tech companies looking to expand their business in Syracuse. Other investments would fund artificial intelligence, 5G communications, and biotech industries.
