Syracuse, N.Y. - A road reconstruction project gets underway tomorrow on Summit Avenue in the Strathmore neighborhood of Syracuse.
Crews will be working the Summit Avenue Hill from Ruskin Avenue to Crossett Street.
The project is expected to be completed within a week. Temporary lane closures will occur. Detours will be marked.
