The state is extending its "vax and scratch" COVID vaccine incentive program.
There are now ten new vaccine sites where people can get a free lottery ticket if they get their first shot this week. The top prize is $5 million, but there's still a one in nine chance of winning some amount of money. The State Fairgrounds is among the sites offering the scratch off incentive.
