Town of Tyre, N.Y. - State Police are investigating a fatal accident on the Thruway Westbound in the town of Tyre.
The crash involved a box truck and a tractor-trailer.
Its been confirmed one driver has died.
All westbound lanes remain blocked while the scene is being reconstructed.
Traffic is currently being diverted at exit 40, Weedsport.
