Utica, N.Y. - Oneida County Sheriff's Office has arrested two men on charges of inappropriate contact with children.
24-year-old DeQuan Gray, of Utica, was arrested for subjecting a 16-year-old female to inappropriate physical contact.
And a 35-year-old registered sex offender, Mark Yaddow of Rome was arrested for having sexual contact with a 13-year-old for several years.
