The Onondaga County Health Department has reported a new milestone in the fight against COVID-19.
No deaths have been reported for a full week, which hasn't happened in the county since November. While daily case numbers still hover around the 100 mark, County Executive Ryan McMahon says that fewer cases are being reported in nursing homes and among older residents.
