Syracuse, N.Y. - The woman who is accused of killing 93 year old Connie Touri will have to come up with 2 million dollars to go free.
Today a judge set that bail for 23 year old Victoria Afet.
Afet is accused of killing Touri after she was released from court without bail for a previous charge. That charges alledges she robbed and bit a 74-year-old woman, also at Skyline Apartments.
Afet has been arrested at least 10 times within a year.
