Oswego city officials have opened a public investigation into a notorious senior living facility.
Mayor Billy Barlow said that the Oswego Police Dept. will accept all forms of evidence of conditions at the Pontiac Care and Rehabilitation Center. Pontiac is being accused of consistent abuse of residents and substandard living conditions.
