Syracuse, N.Y. - Beginning today, event, arts, and entertainment venues are now open for business.
There will still be some restrictions and safety protocols.
Venues can operate at 33% capacity, or up to 100 people indoors and 200 people outdoors. If the venue requires testing for attendees, capacity can increase to 150 and 500 respectfully.
Also beginning today, people can begin to use the "Excelsior Pass" to enter smaller art venues.
