President Biden says the proposed I-81 project in Syracuse could play a significant role in rebuilding communities.
Biden made the remark Wednesday while unveiling his new two-trillion dollar infrastructure plan. The state is currently looking into taking down part of 81 and rerouting traffic to 481, while also rebuilding part of 690.
