SU is reportedly working on a plan that would allow students back inside the Carrier Dome next month.
Onondaga County Executive Ryan McMahon says it's likely fans would have to be tested for COVID-19 before being allowed to attend any games. SU says it has been in contact with the Bills, who recently had fans in the stands at Bills Stadium for a pair of home playoff contests. Any plan would still need final approval from the state.
