They'll be gathering to discuss scheduling and other important matters. Earlier this week, State Supreme Court Justice Scott DelConte said he'd like to have a winner declared in the contest by January 3rd. Right now, Democratic incumbent Congressman Anthony Brindisi trails Republican challenger Claudia Tenney by a few votes.
