The fate of the 22nd Congressional District race remains undecided following a court hearing.
A judge heard arguments yesterday involving hundreds of ballots that are contested by both candidates. Right now, Republican Claudia Tenney has a slight lead over Democratic incumbent Congressman Anthony Brindisi. The judge is expected to issue a written ruling in the case later today.
