Town of Salina, N.Y. - A Baldwinsville man has been arrested for arson and burglary..
Saturday morning around 1am State Police responded to Buckley Road in the town of Salina for a fire at an abandoned house.
A suspect was seen leaving the area of the fire. While investigating the suspicious fire, Troppers recieved a call about a possible burglary and the suspect's description matched the person leaving the fire.
Authorities found and arrested the suspect 34 year old Chad Denis.
He was charged with the following:
- Arson 4thdegree, a class “E” felony
- Burglary 2nddegree, a class “C” felony
- Criminal Trespass 3rd degree, a class “B” misdemeanor
- Resisting Arrest, a class “A” misdemeanor
- Obstructing Governmental Administration, a class “A” misdemeanor
